Get a Quote

Receive Estimate

After reviewing your answers and discussing the scope of your job, your location with our installation network, we'll provide you with an initial pricing quote with a timeline on when we can schedule your installation (usually we can schedule this installation without 3-7 business days or sooner).

Schedule Installation

Ready to proceed? If you are ready to go, we will finalize the date and time that is convenient for you and schedule this installation. If you have follow-up questions, no problem. We will either respond to your call or email with answers to your questions and help you make the best decision possible for you.

Completed Installation

A certified installer from the PowerFlow network, local to your area, will handle the installation. These experts in EV charging are licensed and fully insured for your peace of mind.

Get Charging

Count on our committed customer support team for assistance throughout your installation process. We will be here to help from start to finish and we will also check back with you in the next 15-75 days to ensure that you are satisfied and everything is working perfectly.

What’s Included in my Residential EV Charger Installation:

  • Setting up a Level 2 hardwire EV charging station (provided by you) or installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet compatible with a Level 2 charging cord (potentially included with your vehicle). This covers all associated labor and material.
  • Providing and installing code-compliant electrical wiring and protective tubing.
  • Installing a new breaker that is needed for your installation in the panel.
  • Conducting a main panel load calculation to evaluate available capacity.*
  • Managing permits and inspections if required by the local jurisdiction (fees apply).**
  • Activating your charging unit and a thorough initial testing to ensure EV charging station is functioning properly.
  • Backing it up with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor (we offer 2-4 year extended warranties for a nominal cost for added protection and peace of mind).

*Powerflow EV can boost your panel’s capacity for EV charging and future-proof your home for emerging electrification technologies. **Customers are responsible for (a) payment of all relevant fees associated with required permits and (b) confirming that the installer has applied for and obtained all necessary permits.

Exclusions from the installation:

  • Repairs to walls, ceilings, or floors: Not covered for drywall, stucco, plaster, concrete, or any other surfaces if penetration is required for wiring runs.
  • Trenching for detached garages: Any trenching needed is not included in the service.
