Warranty Overview:

Thank you for choosing PowerFlow EV for your residential electric vehicle (EV) charger installation. We are committed to providing quality services and ensuring your satisfaction with our Extended Membership Warranty. This document outlines the key details of your warranty coverage, including what is included, excluded, and how to access warranty services.

1. Duration of Warranty:

Your residential EV charger installation is covered by an Extended Membership Warranty for a period of either two (2) or three (3) years, depending on the agreement you selected at the time of installation.

2. What is Covered:

The Extended Membership Warranty is applicable to defects arising from our services that may have caused an issue. It’s essential to note that if the malfunction is attributed to problems with the material or equipment itself, we will defer to the manufacturer’s warranty for resolution. includes coverage for the following:

  • Electrical components associated with the EV charger installation.
  • Installation workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.
  • Free service calls for issues related to the charger installation during the warranty period.
  • Yearly tune-up service, which includes a thorough inspection and cleaning for optimal functionality.(once per calendar year)

3. What is Excluded:

The Extended Membership Warranty does not cover the following:

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, including, but not limited to:

  • User Negligence: Any misuse, abuse, or intentional damage caused by the end-user will not be covered.
  • External Interference: Damages resulting from external events such as accidents, natural disasters, or vandalism are not covered.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to our work by parties not authorized by PowerFlow EV or our installer partners will void this warranty.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration due to regular use and exposure to environmental conditions is not covered after the purchased warranty period.
  • Customer-Supplied Materials: Please be aware that if you supply materials or equipment for the project, those items are not covered by our warranty. The warranty exclusively applies to defects in our workmanship that may have caused an issue.

 4. How to Access Warranty Coverage:

Claim Process:

If you encounter an issue covered by this warranty related to workmanship provided by PowerFlow EV or our certified installers, please promptly contact our customer service department. We will assess the situation and work towards resolving the matter following the terms outlined herein. For issues related to the malfunction of materials or equipment, we will assist you in seeking resolution through the manufacturer’s warranty.

To access warranty coverage or request service, follow these steps:

  • Contact PowerFlowEV via email at info@Powerflowev.com and describe in detail the problem/issue and provide pictures if applicable
  • PowerFlow will respond within 1 business days or sooner with questions and follow-up and to schedule installer to contact customer and set up appointment, if necessary.

4.1 Service Calls:

In case of issues with your charger installation, contact PowerFlow EV Customer Support at 303-720-7967or info@Powerflowev.com and describe in detail the problem/issue and provide pictures if applicable.

Our support team will respond within 1 business days or sooner with questions and follow-up and to schedule installer to contact customer and set up appointment, if necessary

 

4.2 Yearly Tune-up:

Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for our technician to inspect and clean your EV charger.
